Yup, smile for yourself. No matter how you feel just wind up that smile no matter how painful it is 😜. A smile, even forced, can have loads of psychological and real health benefits.
How it affects your mental health: We go through our tiresome, everyday lives, looking glum and tired from our adult work routine or strained brains from all that homework. It doesn't look good to be serious and frowny and it doesn't feel good, does it? Try out a smile instead! In studies, smiling can initialize neuropeptides, endorphins, serotonin which are proven to reduce stress, improve your mood, make you positive, and relieve some stress.
How it affects your physical health: With those chemicals pumping and your day starting to get brighter, there are a few physical health improvements too. Studies show that your blood pressure can regulate better when you smile. Also, stress is a KILLER! As a smile reduces stress, your immune system will be boosted and pain can even be reduced by elevated serotonin levels.

That's right! Now that you know the secrets of self-benefits of a smile, you shouldn't be selfish and share the wealth 😉! Your smile can improve the way people see you, help you land that job, and proven to have people trust you more. People will perceive you as confident, strong, and, well, happy. Smiling is contagious too, so the more you smile, the more others will too!
Why is this important? You will be indirectly handing out smiles like sweet sweet candy! Smile candy that'll raise spirits, boost other people's feelings, create those chemical reactions, and indirectly improve other people's health!
What if I have an ugly smile
Some people have bad or missing teeth or maybe a rare birth defect. In my experience; I've NEVER seen an ugly smile. It doesn't matter what you look like, it'll be cute, confident, and in some way, shape, or form, attractive. You may be missing a few incisors and premolars, but you will gain nothing but charm 👍!
